British and Canadian scientists who are extremely knowledge in the areas of micro-biology, according to the article, have a desire to reprogram a cell back until they were in embryonic form, sort of like what they mentioned in the article, "winding back the clock". Experiments involving the stem cell research process are usually conducted on the test animals for extracting adult cells. Keisuke Kaji in Edinburgh and Andras Nagy in Toronto, says how they did there experiment of reprogramming a cell using a safe technique called electroporation. According to the article, "This allows the scientist to do away with viruses and ferry genes into the cells through pores. Once the genes had done their job, the scientists removed them, leaving the cells healthy and intact".

Stem cell research article
The latest news regarding embryonic stem cell research is that scientist are a few steps closer in accomplishing their exceptionally difficult goal. These ambitious scientists are having people finance their research in exchange for new discoveries that involve curing HIV, Diabetes, and stroke. Scientist are become fascinated with their research motivating them to continue researching things that are unheard of. Bio scientists are trying to simply reprogram an adult cells, like a tissue cell, back into its first stage. From the first stage, the cell will then decide what type of the 200 cells it wants to grow into. Scientist are saying that one day, dysfunctional cells will be repaired by brand new cells.
George bush put a halt to financing stem cell research. There persistent scientist started asking for financing their research.

Biology
My mom's major in college was biology so she really is fascinated with the study of life. She told me something about the human genome. I wanted to know what it is and why it is so interesting. Some famous scientist I think discovered the human genome in like 2001. I just want to learn about diseases and their effects on the human being. People are telling me that biology is really interesting to learn. I also want to learn about stem cell research because it sounds like a huge sicentic discovery. I know it has something to do with a single cell multiplying to form a human baby.
